Blocking almost complete

We had an eventful rehearsal yesterday. Eric plowed through blocking and completed pages 36 through 54 of the script. The cast and production team are all very happy with the progress of the show. If we continue at this pace, the entire show should be blocked by the end of the day today. And once the scripts are out of our hands we can begin to take more risks and further explore our characters.

The music in this show is so beautiful and brilliant. I found myself almost in tears as I listened to Jacqui and Dan sing SILENCE. The music evokes such strong emotions that you can’t help but sympathize with the characters. We also recorded five songs to send to Jonathan Tunick, who is orchestrating our show... EXCITING!

“Secret Santa” continued yesterday — gifts filled the rehearsal room. People received everything from chocolate, to calendars, to an interesting snow globe that brings happiness to us all!
