TECHING AWAY AND GETTING HAPPY!

Everything with the Kander & Ebb world is in overdrive! In The MAX, we're deep into tech rehearsals. Rehearsal is going well, but slowly. The set, you’ll see, is very complicated. So many levels! We worked through act one and have over 300 light cues just in this act! We hope to start act two tomorrow. Costumes and blood were added today so the of the prison is definitely coming to life.

Meanwhile, next door in The ARK, THE HAPPY TIME started rehearsals full speed ahead. There’s a cast of 16 (including 8 kids) and plenty of music to learn. It will be fun to see a show this big in The ARK. The cast will be 1/5 of the audience size.

Now we're finalizing The ARK for Karen Akers’ special Kander & Ebb cabaret that begins next Tuesday, March 11. Most of the dates are sold out!

Now its back to tech, blood, and sweat – ain’t musical theater grand!
