TWO DOWN ONE TO GO

We started staging the seduction scenes today… what fun! It's so excellent to have Marc, Emily, Christiane, and Jacqui. They are up for anything! They have been such great collaborators on the show. The show is definitely PG-13— much more edgier throughout. It's going to be quite different from London.

We rewrote one of the scenes and are now writing a new song. John is so fast with lyrics that I'm sure he'll come in tomorrow with the song hook and maybe more. It's always sad to lose a song, but that’s what its all about, making hard choices.

The show is coming together so well. You can feel it in the room. It's great premiering new musicals. I always think how lucky our audiences are for always being the first to see the work!
