STUNNING BEGINNING

This has been such an amazing week for us. For weeks we've been rehearsing on a dance floor with tape outlines and wearing rehearsal skirts. (Well, not the boys.....although they were jealous!) But this week, we were able to step on to Jim Kronzer's beautiful set in The ARK and put on Kate Turner-Walker's stunning costumes. I've worked with our lighting designer Chris Lee previously, and once again he does not disappoint. Together with Joe, they've transformed The ARK into nineteenth century Pennsylvania.

This play has one set and few set pieces so the lights and sound have a tremendous task of setting the time and place. The scenes we have been imagining in our heads for weeks, are now tangible. It's a stunning show.
