SINGING ALONG

We added the orchestra today. I just have to say that orchestrator Jonathan Tunick is brilliant. The band is hot and the actors were all cheering and applauding the musicians. It's really exciting to hear Sondheim's score in a full orchestration, unamplified, in our theaters.

All of the tweaking for sound issues that we have done over the past months has made a huge improvement. Audiences will be able to hear every single word.

Yesterday, we did a dress run with the orchestra which went really well. Tonight, we have an invited dress. It will be good for all of the cast and creative team to get some reactions. Everything is right on track and everyone has been working so hard to make it all look so easy... that's when you know you have it right.
